Guest Speaker: Dr Keith Chappell

Theme: The Colours of Christmas – getting through the high and lows of a time of year that brings many joys and challenges to family life.

As we come together at Christmas families celebrate together but it can often mean different things for each of us.  This can put strains on our relationships and often it is the older generation that can bring some perspective.  In this session we will reflect on the fact that Jesus was born into a troubled world and that this is still the case.  He brought with him new hope for all and we will think about how we can hold onto that for ourselves and others during what can be an intense period.
