Easter 2022 Newsletter: We are an Easter People and Alleluia is our song!

I am delighted to bring you the Easter 2022 edition of our newsletter. Click below to download it.

CGA NEWSLETTER EASTER 2022

I take this opportunity to wish all of you a very Happy Easter. A Happy Easter is something that seems contradictory when so many people are still very much living out a Good Friday experience as the war continues to rage in Ukraine. I ask all you dear Grandparents around the world to continue to pray for a ceasefire and ultimately for peace in the region. I also ask you to support the humanitarian efforts that are being undertaken by so many individuals and organisations. May God be with the people of Ukraine!

We have had a busy and fruitful time since we last shared a newsletter with you. You can read more about our activities inside this newsletter. We are beginning to look forward to the World Meeting of Families in Rome from 22-26 June and to the Second World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly on 24 July. We are just finishing updating our resources for the World Day and will shortly be emailing you all with details of what you can download for use in your dioceses, parishes and ministries.

This year we are including a Peace Card as part of our resources.

Please keep an eye on our website and our social media pages where we will be sharing regular updates on both the World Meeting of Families 2022 and on the World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly 2022 www.catholicgrandparentsassociation.org.

Until next time, God Bless you and keep you safe!
